Mrs Irwin then told us to think about how to write it and think about how to describe a 'Pavlova' to someone who hadn't ever seen one.
After fuel at 11o'clock, Mrs Irwin let us brainstorm for fifteen minutes on a scrap piece of paper, which was then stapled on to our test paper, at around quarter past 11, Mrs Irwin gave us thirty minutes to write our explanation and for the last ten minutes she asked us to proofread and edit our work.
